Product Claim Process

  1. Following information must be included;
    1. Purchase date
    2. Purchase point and Sales Receipt
    3. Product details (Brand, Product Name and Serial Number) with photos or videos attached
    1. Defective problems with photos or videos attached
    2. Our RMA team will get back to you for further instructions.
    3. After getting a confirmation from our RMA team, please send the goods (full set) to us as per following address. Our company will be responsible only for the transportation cost returning the goods to the customers.


    ** Products with expired warranty and products that are tested not faulty will result in a minimum charge of THB 300 **
